Have you ever worked somewhere that you disliked so much that you went to work just to look for another job? I devote about two hours a day to job hunting at the current moment.
So far today I have had my entire team make threats to quit, and honestly I don’t blame them one bit. And now all I can hear is them playing with a chainsaw type tool in the back… maybe not the best thing to provide to employees on the edge… But then again, I’m just some girl!
I myself just don’t want to be here today, I’m over tired and it’s a crappy day outside. It’s the type of day where you should just crawl up in a blanket and watch movies, and I’m seriously debating on doing it.
Oh back to the employee’s… I’m not sure how my management team believes they are going to operate successfully if all of our actual workers quit. Only one of our Managers actually has a clue what he would be doing at a work site. The rest would just “manage” lol.
Ya, maybe I’m just too tired to be writing this right now.
