Third Re-Organization Back to Back?

I want to be very clear as I understand I bitch a lot about where I work.  I do like my job for the most part, and I come to work each day simply because like a lot of this country I am unfortunately dependant on my pay cheque.  I also am well aware that finding an office where you like the people you work with can be very taxing and difficult, however the politics and drama will always be present in any environment that’s why I have chosen to stay where I am unless I definitely find a much better opportunity where I know the environment will be just as great if not better personality wise.  That being said…
We are currently going through our third straight re-organization here.  At least that is how they choose to look at it.  In my opinion we have been going through the same failed re-organization for eighteen months!!!!  Now we have gone through a few hired on Executive level Managers who were supposed to be able to get the job done and failed (not really their fault if you ask me), now we have two new Executive level Managers who are supposed to be completing the re-organization which I have yet to see much change in the last two weeks other then you know the fact that I just have two more people in this company asking for me to do things for them that really are not my job.
Technically… Seeing as no one in this company practices standard procedures as any other company on paper I’m the Bookkeeper!  That’s what I started as, as the company grew the accounting got to be out of my scope so I requested to take a more administrative role.  However, nothing has ever been put on paper to that regard, most likely because if they were to try to give me a job description they would have to go the route of calling me a Human Resources Generalist or (the much more suiting title of) Office Manager.  However… both of those positions start at 20% higher pay grade then what I am currently at.  Now what I actually do… Well I am the receptionist, customer service representative, occasional technical support, accounting back up and accounting technician trainer, I also am the Human Resources Generalist-small company scale, Payroll Administrator, general administrative assistant, Executive Assistant among whatever else is needed including but not limited to being on call generally whenever they need me.
I’m hoping (I use that word very loosely) that at the inevitable end of the re-organization I will actually have a job title.  I also hope for staffing sake that other employee’s get detailed job descriptions as well as some level respect around here, at least if we intend on retaining said employee’s.
